Those that do not fit neatly into predefined categories and themes that seem to be of trivial interest to donor countries are excluded from the table. The categories in Table 5 are arranged based on the number of projects, rather than the amount of ODA allocated to each category by each country, which is shown in Table 4. Therefore, it is important to note that a large amount of ODA funding does not necessarily equate to a large number of projects. This is because a high value of ODA funding may be attributed to a few very large infrastructure projects
